AuraVisor, a mobile app owned and operated by Tinman Global LLC, ("AuraVisor," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the AuraVisor mobile application ("App") and related services.
By using AuraVisor, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly
Account Information:

- Phone number (for authentication)
- Birth date, time, and location (for astrological calculations)
Optional Information:
- Names and birth information of additional people (friends, family) you choose to track
User Activity:
- AI-generated readings (stored for your reference)
- Transit views and tarot card pulls
- App usage patterns and preferences
Note: We do not store raw text prompts from users. Readings are generated from contextual data, not user-typed queries.

- Session duration and frequency

- Precise geolocation (only birth location you provide)
- Contacts from your phone (unless you manually add them)
- Browsing history outside the app

Analytics & Monitoring:
- Firebase Analytics: App usage analytics
- What they receive: Anonymized usage data, device info
- Retention: Per Google's data policies
- Bugsnag: Crash reporting and error monitoring
- What they receive: Error logs, device diagnostics
- Retention: Per Bugsnag's terms
AI Processing:
- OpenAI (or similar LLM provider): AI reading generation
- What they receive: Contextual data (transits, cards, patterns)
- NO PII sent: No names, emails, phone numbers, birth dates
- Retention: Per OpenAI's API terms (not used for training)
4.2 What We Do NOT Share
- No advertisers: We don't share with ad networks
- No data brokers: We don't sell user lists
- No social platforms: We don't share with Facebook, TikTok, etc.
- No unauthorized parties: Only those listed above with specific purposes
5. Data Storage and Security
5.1 Where Your Data Is Stored
We use secure cloud servers located in the United States. By using AuraVisor, you consent to the transfer and storage of your information in the U.S.
5.2 Security Measures
We implement industry-standard security practices:
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- Encryption at rest for sensitive data
- Regular security audits
- Limited employee access to user data
- Secure authentication protocols
5.3 Data Retention
We retain your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Specific retention periods:
- Active accounts: Data retained indefinitely while account is active
- Deleted accounts: 30 days to complete deletion
- Analytics data: Anonymized after 2 years
- Crash logs: 90 days

- Delete your reading history
- Remove birth data and tracked persons
- Anonymize analytics data
Note: Some data may be retained in backups for up to 90 days, but will not be used or restored.

7. Children's Privacy
AuraVisor is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us at privacy@auravisorapp.com and we will delete the information.
Users between 13-17 must have parental consent to use AuraVisor.
8. International Users
If you are accessing AuraVisor from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. Data protection laws in the U.S. may differ from those in your country.
By using AuraVisor, you consent to this transfer, storage, and processing.

AuraVisor may contain links to third-party websites or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with.
