1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to AuraVisor! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AuraVisor mobile application ("App") and related services (collectively, "Services") provided by Tinman Global LLC ("AuraVisor," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using AuraVisor, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

We use phone number verification for account security. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from us for authentication purposes. Standard message and data rates may apply.

4. Services Description

4.1 What AuraVisor Provides

AuraVisor is a mobile application that offers:

• Tarot Card Readings: Pull virtual tarot cards and receive interpretations
• AI-Powered Readings: Personalized guidance that interweaves astrological and tarot insights (premium feature)

4.2 Free vs. Premium Features

Free Features:

• Browse astrological transits
• Pull tarot cards
• Basic card meanings
• View cosmic calendar

Premium Features (Subscription):

• AI-generated personalized readings
• Pattern memory and historical analysis
• Advanced transit interpretations
• Priority support

4.3 Nature of Services

Important Disclaimer: AuraVisor provides entertainment, self-reflection, and spiritual guidance. Our services are based on astrological and tarot traditions, which are not scientifically proven.

• Not Professional Advice: Readings are not substitutes for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, psychological)
• Entertainment Purpose: Use AuraVisor for entertainment, insight, and personal reflection
• Your Decisions: You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on readings

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through:

• Apple App Store (for iOS users)
• Google Play Store (for Android users)

We do not collect or store your payment information. All transactions are subject to Apple's and Google's terms and conditions.

5.2 Subscription Terms

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings
• No Refunds: Except as required by law or platform policies, we do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods

5.3 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will take effect at the next billing cycle after notice.

5.4 Free Trials

If offered, free trials:

• Convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled
• Require valid payment method
• Are limited to one per user/account

6. User Content and Conduct

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or submit to AuraVisor, including:

• Profile information
• Names and birth data of people you add
• Notes or saved readings (if applicable)

You grant us a license to use this content solely to provide and improve our Services.

6.2 Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use AuraVisor for illegal purposes
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Share your account credentials
• Attempt to access, modify, or disrupt our systems
• Reverse engineer the app or AI systems
• Create multiple accounts to exploit free trials
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers
• Submit false or misleading information

6.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review and remove any content that violates these Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Intellectual Property

AuraVisor and all related content (excluding user content) are owned by Tinman Global LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes:

• The AuraVisor name, logo, and branding
• App design and user interface
• AI algorithms and systems (proprietary)
• Content we create (descriptions, interpretations, etc.)
• Software code

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AuraVisor for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7.3 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works
• Distribute, sell, or sublicense
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Extract or scrape data from the app
• Use the app for commercial purposes without written agreement

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of AuraVisor is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review our Privacy Policy at /privacy.

By using AuraVisor, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 No Warranties

AURAVISOR IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of readings
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

9.2 Entertainment Purpose Only

IMPORTANT: AuraVisor is for entertainment and personal insight only. Readings are generated by AI based on astrological and tarot symbolism, which are not scientifically validated.

• No Predictions: We do not predict the future or guarantee outcomes

9.3 Accuracy of Astrological Data

9.4 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim

9.5 Indemnification

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may stop using AuraVisor and delete your account at any time. Deleting your account will remove your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to AuraVisor if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Use the app in a way that could harm us or others
• Fail to pay subscription fees

We will provide notice where possible, but may terminate immediately for serious violations.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use AuraVisor ends immediately
• We may delete your account and data
• Provisions that should survive termination will survive

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

11.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class actions, collective proceedings, or representative actions.

12. Changes to Terms

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AuraVisor regarding the Services.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

16. Apple-Specific Terms (iOS Users)

If you are using AuraVisor on an iOS device, the following applies:

• These Terms are between you and Tinman Global LLC, not Apple
• Apple has no obligation to provide any support services
• You must comply with all applicable third-party terms
• Apple is not responsible for addressing claims related to the app
• In the event of any failure to conform to applicable warranties, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if applicable)
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms

17. Google-Specific Terms (Android Users)

If you are using AuraVisor on an Android device, the following applies:

• These Terms are between you and Tinman Global LLC, not Google
• Google is not responsible for the app or its content
• You must comply with Google Play Terms of Service
• Google is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms
